September/October what will students be doing?

  • Class will start with warm-up stretches and exercises. This will be followed with (skipping, jogging and running) laps around the gym.
  • September we will begin with simple games ( Duck, Duck, Goose, 4 Corners, and Relay games). Once everyone understands the object of these games we will move on.
  • October we will Play with the parachute, scooters,and running games. These games will be using large motor skills ( hands,arms and legs).
