Yearbook Orders & Recognition Ad Info

posted Feb 24, 2019, 1:41 PM by James Falletti

Dear CCS Families and Friends:

We know that life happens, but many of our CCS Families and Friends have yet to submit their yearbook recognition ad(s) for your Corpus Christi School student.

Remember that our yearbook is made by our students for ALL of our students, which means that the yearbook will showcase students and faculty...and even some parents and friends… from PreK3 through 8th Grade.

You still have time to submit your special message, BUT TIME IS RUNNING OUT. February 28, 2019 is the deadline.

How do I create my Yearbook Ad?

It’s super easy to create a recognition ad for the yearbook and anyone can submit a yearbook recognition ad. Just log in to and use the code 16808 to access your options to make an ad and to purchase your copy of the yearbook. Ads are available in a variety of sizes and costs.

The yearbooks ads are priced out as follows:

Full Page Ad $100.00

Half Page Ad $55.00

Quarter Page Ad $35.00

Recognition Ads for the yearbook are due no later than February 28, 2019 and can be made for students in PreK3 through 8th Grade; but space is limited.

Lastly - Yearbooks can also be purchased for $40.00 by visiting the same site as posted above.

Reserve a space for your ad today to say how proud you are. Like the yearbook, your message will be a permanent memory.

Please be sure all children arrive to school before 8:00 am everyday.  Late arrivals disrupt the classroom and getting the day started on time.  Remember after 8 you are late!  It is extremely important the week of March 11-15 due to the Iowa testing. Even though the first grade doesn't test, late arrivals disrupt the school setting as others will be testing. Thank you for your cooperation and support.

Our Annual Book Fair is on March 25 and March 26. The first grade is scheduled to go on Monday, March 25th from 10-10:40am. You or another family member may meet us in the gym to shop with your child. If you are unable to join us that day, there will be plenty of parent volunteers to help your child. If so, please send the money in a labeled envelope that day!

On Tuesday, March 26th, the children may dress down in purple for Epilepsy Awareness for a $1.00 donation. Thank you for donating to this worthy cause!

Attention CCS Families - By now, you probably realized that our HSA (and eventually the School Office) has been sending out emails through MailChimp. The decision to start using MailChimp is to be able to better notify our CCS Families and Friends about upcoming events and updates across a clean and secure media platform. We encourage you read all the emails delivered and update your calendars with the important information shared with you.

Also - please check your spam folder if you haven’t received an email from HSA in the last week.
